Groove& is a intriguing all women ensemble based in Seoul. They met in school where they were studying Korean Traditional Music

At that time, the range of activities for female performers in the field of traditional Korean percussion was not wide.  It was a time when powerful energy was recognized as the main attraction of percussion, so it was popular with male players.

So, after graduating college, they were curious what direction to take.

The three members, Sangkyung Lee, Minju Sohn, and Hakyung Kim decided to form a band and the rest is history.
